Orders will arrive in 2-4 days after leaving our warehouse in California. Orders typically ship within 1-2 business days of the order date. You can track your order via the tracking # that you’ll receive via email after it ships.
Is it a pain if I want to pause or cancel my subscription?
No, we hate that! Managing your Saintly refill subscription is a breeze. It's simple to pause, skip or cancel your subscription at any time.
We'll also send you an email 2 days before your subscription renews, as an extra reminder.
What is your return policy?
If you don’t absolutely Saintly, we offer a risk-free, no questions asked 30 day return policy. Just reply to the Saintly order confirmation email you receive within 30 day sof your delivery date to request a pre-paid label, or email greetings@saintly.com to start the process.
